Receive mail without giving away your real address.
Free. No signup. No trackers. In under two seconds, get a throwaway inbox on mailiy.com — perfect for signups, newsletter tests, and anything you don't want in your real inbox.
Privacy as the default.
Four things that set us apart from other disposable mail services.
Zero signup
No email address, no password, no phone number. Open mailiy.com and you have an inbox in under two seconds. Nothing to remember, nothing to reuse, nothing to leak. Hand the address out, get your confirmation, let it expire — we never knew who you were.
Encrypted at ingress
Incoming mail is accepted over TLS, parsed in memory and written to encrypted storage on our Frankfurt servers. Nothing is mirrored, backed up or archived. When your mailbox expires, the Postgres rows and all attachments are dropped in the same delete cascade — there is no warm copy anywhere to recover.
No trackers
No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party scripts. We don't log IP addresses or user agents alongside your mailbox. The only cookies we set are your theme and language preference — both first-party, both you control. No data partnerships, no ad networks, no fingerprinting.
Developer API
A lean REST API for spinning up mailboxes from your test runner. POST to create, poll the messages endpoint, or subscribe to webhook deliveries. Built for Playwright, Cypress and signup-flow automation. Predictable per-tier rate limits, rotatable API keys, no SDK required — just curl.
From first click to received mail in under a minute.
Four steps. No account, no captcha after the first click, no friction in between.
Generate an address
Click Generate. We roll a random alias on mailiy.com (or a custom domain on Pro) and spin up the inbox in under two seconds. No form, no captcha after the first click.
Hand it out
Paste the address into any signup form, newsletter, forum or app that wants an email. Confirmations and one-time codes arrive within seconds — incoming mail is written to your inbox in real time.
Receive and act
Open the message in your mailiy inbox, click the verification link or copy the code, and you're done. Replies on Premium and Pro, attachments up to 50 MB per mail on all tiers.
Let it expire
After 60 minutes (Free) or 30 days (Premium/Pro), the address is dropped and everything sent to it is gone. No re-targeting, no newsletter loop, no follow-up campaign — the mailbox simply isn't there anymore.
What disposable email is actually good for.
Six concrete situations where a mailiy address replaces your real one.
Newsletter and whitepaper signups
Read the whitepaper, watch the webinar or download the PDF without committing your real inbox to whoever sells the list next. Drop in a mailiy address, grab the content, let it expire — the marketing funnel collapses to a single mail.
Account verifications you'll only do once
Trying a SaaS for an hour, joining a forum to ask one question, signing up to download an app: anything where you'll click confirm and never need the address again.
Burner accounts for testing
Build test accounts in your own product without polluting your team's shared inbox. Create five if you want — Premium allows 50 parallel mailboxes, Pro up to 1000.
Playwright and Cypress signup flows
End-to-end tests that hit your real registration endpoint need real inboxes. The mailiy REST API spins one up per test, polls the verification mail and tears down cleanly — no collisions between parallel CI runs.
Privacy when a service asks for too much
When a checkout flow demands an email just to show you the price, you can comply without telling them anything about yourself. The address you give them dies in 60 minutes — they have nothing to find you with later.
Avoiding identity correlation across services
Use a different mailiy address for every service. Nobody can correlate accounts across products via the shared email, because there is no shared email — and a data leak at one provider does not chain into your other accounts.
